Horseradish Crusted Salmon

Rooty's Horseradish Classic: It is the ideal seasoning to spice up your daily menu.

INGREDIENTS

4 salmon fillets (approx. 180 g each)
juice of 1 lemon
600 grams of potatoes
140 g breadcrumbs
3 tbsp rooty's horseradish classic
75 grams of butter
1/2 bunch freshly chopped herbs
salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Squeeze the lemon. Marinate the salmon fillets with the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the herbs and chop very finely. In a pan, melt the butter, add the breadcrumbs, put in the pan. Season with a little salt and rooty's horseradish. Spread the mixture over the salmon fillets.

Preheat the grill on medium-high. Spread some olive oil on the grill plate and grill the salmon for 12 minutes with the lid closed.

Serve with: Mediterranean grilled potatoes. Boil the potatoes with their skins on. Place in aluminum foil or in a grill cup. Season with olive oil, salt and plenty of rosemary. Place on the grill for about 10 minutes and bake until crispy.

TIPS FOR THE RECIPE

If you like, you can also bake the salmon in a grill pan or in the oven at 180 °C for 15 - 20 minutes.
