4 filets of salmon (each 180 g)
juice of 1 lemon
600 g potatos
140 g breadcrumbs
3 tbsp. SteirerKren
75 g of butter
1/2 bunch of finely chopped herbs
salt and pepper
Squeeze out the lemon. Marinate the salmon filets with the lemon juice. Season it with salt and pepper. Wash the herbs and chop them finely. Melt the butter in a pan, add the breadcrumps and season it with salt and rooty's horseradish. Cover the salmon with the breadcrumb-butter mix. Preheat your grill on a middle level. Sprinkle some olive oil on the griddle and grill the salmon for 12 minutes while closing the lid of your garden grill. Mediterranean potatos go well with the salmon. Therefore cook the potatos and season them with olive oil, salt and lots of rosemary. Cover them in aluminium foil and plase them on the grill for 10 minutes until they are crunchy.

If you like to you can also prepare the salmon in a grilling pan or in your oven using 180°C circulating air for 15 to 20 minutes.
